Net Zero Activation Group
Climate leadership is shifting from pledges to implementation as companies, organisations, cities and civil society now focus on building the net zero economy of the future.
Building the net zero economy of the future.
The Climate High-Level Champions are inviting the net zero ecosystem to engage in a Net Zero Activation Group. This Activation Group is part of the new architecture of the Global Climate Action Agenda. The platform will empower existing initiatives, such as Race to Zero partners, and eligible cooperative climate initiatives to accelerate the implementation of net zero solutions across governments and non-state actors.
The Net Zero Activation Group will build on the knowledge, alignment, and momentum generated by the Race to Zero, providing a vehicle to increase uptake of credible net zero standards, scale proven solutions, strengthen cooperation across demand, supply, and capital allocation, and secure enabling actions from governments.
